Meg Wilber: MSW, LICSW

Meg is a licensed clinical social worker who has practiced in Concord for 24 years, after receiving her MSW from the University of Connecticut. She specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and health-related issues such as chronic and terminal illnesses.

In addition, Meg provides counseling for those who are in the process of divorce, remarriage, and stepparenting. She has extensive experience in working with women on improving self-esteem and assertiveness and on establishing healthy interpersonal boundaries. Meg works with adults and seniors, individually and in couples.

In her practice, Meg utilizes both cognitive and insight-oriented approaches. She has advanced training in EMDR, which she uses for trauma resolution. Her clinical style is interactive and collaborative, with the goals of helping her clients access their strengths, build skills, and enhance their relationships. Meg is an attentive, responsive listener, fostering emotional healing with her calm, warm manner.

Meg's office hours are 8:00 - 5:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
